Welcome to airtales.es. The purchase of our products through the website www.airtales.es (hereinafter, the “Website“, “airtales.es” or “AIRTALES“) will be governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

AIRTALES activity consists of the sale of individual use environmental quality measurement sensors, accessories and other products through our online platform and authorized physical stores.

GENERAL

By purchasing AIRTALES products through our online store or through an authorized physical store, you accept the use, purpose and care of the products duly indicated on the product pages of airtales.es.

AIRTALES is not responsible for defects caused by improper use of the product, if both the identification number and the guaranteed device itself are manipulated or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service or if it lacks proof of purchase.

AIRTALES will not accept any product or material damaged or with obvious signs of improper handling. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use of the product.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age to purchase our products through airtales.es or at any of our points of sale is 18 years old.

PRICES

The products are sold at the price indicated on our Website, the price that is collected at the time of the confirmation of the order by the customer being valid.

AIRTALES is not responsible for the prices stipulated by physical stores or other authorized sales channels.

All prices include the current Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping to Spain (Peninsula) and Europe; excluding shipping costs to areas not stipulated in our online store service, which may vary depending on the delivery area or a minimum purchase cost per order.

Purchasing process

You can add any product on the web using the “ADD TO CART” button.

To view your shopping cart you can access from the top menu by clicking on the icon of “CART” and “VIEW CART”. From this step you can also view the shipping costs or modify the shipping address to calculate the costs before proceeding with the confirmation.

On the “CART” page you can apply a COUPON. Enter the coupon code in the box that appears at the bottom of your selected products. Click on “UPDATE CART” to apply your coupon.

Once you have all your products, click on “FINISH PURCHASE” to go to “CASH”.

Fill in the requested personal information and provide us with a shipping address. If the billing address is not the same as the shipping address, check the box “Ship to a different address?” to specify a different shipping address.

At the end of this process you also have a notes section to leave us any information related to your order.

Select the payment method and accept our Privacy Policy and Conditions of sale, by clicking on the box “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the website.”

Click on “PLACE ORDER” to finalize your purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

The AIRTALES online store has the following means of payment:

Payment with PayPal – It is a service that allows you to pay, send money and accept payments without having to enter your financial information continuously. For payments through PayPal you must have a registered PayPal account and associated with your credit or debit cards.

Card Payment (RedSys) – For payments with credit or debit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. This is the option of the card payment gateway integrated in the store. The card data is stored securely by the entity.

Payment by Credit Card (STRIPE, GooglePay). It is an easy, fast, safe platform and without the need for registration. It allows you to pay in a simplified way with credit and debit cards.

PAYMENTS REFUSED

There are several reasons why your credit card may be declined:

  • The card could be expired. Check that the date on your card is valid.
  • Balance limit. It is possible that your card has reached the limit of allowed amount. Check with your bank.
  • Error when entering any data. Check that the data entered is correctly filled in in all the necessary fields to make the purchase.
  • Your card may not have the active function to make purchases online. Check with your bank to request activation.
  • Other problems. Delete cookies or clear your browser’s cache, restart your browser and try again.

REQUEST AN INVOICE

To request an invoice in the name of your company, send us an email to hola@airtales.es with your order number, company name, CIF / VAT, address and telephone number.

  

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
SHIPPING COSTS

AIRTALES currently makes shipments to SPAIN Peninsula and EUROPE.

Other destinations. For international shipments or other destinations you can contact us through the email hola@airtales.es.

DELIVERY TIMES

We prepare shipments from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m (Madrid (GMT+2). Once the payment of your purchase is confirmed, we will send you an email with all the tracking information when your order has left our facilities.

If we receive your order outside these hours (Saturday, Sunday or holiday), we will organize a shipment for you to receive it the next business day.

During SPECIAL DATES (Christmas, Black Friday or others) delivery times may be affected due to the high volume of sales and the saturation of transport services. In case of delay, we will contact you to inform you of the status of your order.

Delivery times (products in stock):

  • Spain (Peninsula): between 1-3 business days.
  • Europe: between 5-7 business days.

Other destinations. For international shipments or other destinations you can contact us through the email hola@airtales.es.

Delivery times are applicable to purchases made through the online store, and in no case applicable to orders placed in third-party stores or other marketplaces.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will not make a refund in the following cases:

  • Used and / or manipulated products.
  • Products with defects caused by improper use.
  • Products not purchased on the official website is.
  • Used and / or manipulated products.
  • Lost order due to wrong information provided by the customer
    AIRTALES does not accept changes or returns of lost items due to erroneous or inaccurate information provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct information so that the order can be properly shipped and delivered.
  • Returns for withdrawal are not accepted once the product has been linked to a mobile device. For this reason, on our website you can find all the information about the products and we have a customer service team to inform you about their specifications.

You can claim in the cases detailed below:

The customer will have a period of 15 days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the product purchased under the following conditions:

  • The purchased product has a manufacturing defect. In this case, all return costs will be covered by AIRTALES.
  • The product received does not correspond to the requested model. In this case, the condition and presentation of the item must be identical to that at the time of purchase, including all its accessories and its original intact packaging.
  • Refund for withdrawal. In this case, the condition and presentation of the item must be identical to that at the time of purchase, including all its accessories and its original intact packaging. This type of returns, the customer will assume the amount for shipping, return and packaging, which will be deducted from the payment.

In case of orders in poor condition / missing or lost peripheral components, you should contact us via email hola@airtales.es with your order number and indicating the incident. If your order has been received in poor condition or has not arrived on the estimated date; the period for notification of incidents is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

NOTIFICATION PERIOD

The period for notification of incidents is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Out-of-limit incidents will not be reimbursed as urgent insurance claims will expire.

PROCEDURE FOR ORDERS IN BAD CONDITION / LACK OF PERIPHERALS

Request the return or exchange by mail to hola@airtales.es within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days following the delivery date of the order.

It is required to send a photo of the damaged part, along with the box and packaging with all visible labels. The items will be shipped in their original condition, together with any accessories related to them.

Send the product to the following address: Calle Carpinteros, N. 25, 41520 El Viso del Alcor (SEVILLE) Spain.

Once the products have been received, we will personally check their status. We will contact you in the event that said assessment determines an acceptance of the exchange or return.

If your product is under Legal Warranty, the shipping cost is free. If, on the other hand, the Warranty of your product is expired, the cost of shipping to our facilities is borne by the customer. The refund or exchange of the product will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and will proceed once the request for incidence has been accepted by AIRTALES.

In the case of requesting a refund of the amount, the refund will be made by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made.

In the case of requesting a change for a different one of a different amount, the difference will be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment. AIRTALES will not be responsible for any loss that the package has suffered during shipping, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that said package reaches the indicated address.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ORDERS

Request a return for lost order by mail to hola@airtales.es within a period of no more than 7 calendar days following the expected delivery date of the order.

Once your notification is received, we will start the procedures with the transport company. During the following days we will contact you to proceed with the refund or exchange of your order.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which the purchase was made. In the case of requesting a change for a different one of a different amount, the difference will be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can exercise your right of withdrawal and request the return, exchange or refund of the items. To request it, you must follow the steps:

It is required not to have used the item and the return together with the box and packaging with all visible labels. REFUND AND / OR REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
  • Refund of the purchase money through the same payment method that the customer used initially, or another analogous payment method agreed by both parties. AIRTALES will not be responsible for the transfer fees.
  • Replacing the device with a new one, which will be delivered to the customer within 24 / 72h (Spain Peninsula) working days (7 days Europe) from when we receive the returned product and accept the return, subject to availability.

Both parties, customer and seller, may agree on the option that best resolves the conflict depending on the case. However, the final resolution is subject to the choice of AIRTALES.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The operation and use of the Website and the Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, AIRTALES and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville, Spain.

Modification of the Terms & Conditions

AIRTALES may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, the successive versions being published on the Website. In any case, it will communicate with prior notice the modifications of this policy that affect users so that they can accept them.
